Vivat Lex Web, Vivat Lex for iOS and Vivat Lex for Android are separate products. A purchase in one product does not include access to either of the other products. Using the same email address does not transfer a purchase. Restore a mobile purchase through the store that originally billed you.

Vivat Lex provides independent preparation for the SQE assessments. It is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or Kaplan SQE Ltd. The SQE and SOLICITORS QUALIFYING EXAMINATION trade marks belong to the SRA. References identify the assessment for which the materials provide preparation.

The app supplies educational questions, explanations, notes, practice and progress tools. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee an assessment result. These terms do not govern the separate web course.

Weekly, monthly and three-month auto-renewing subscriptions may be offered. Apple shows the available product, local price, billing period, any eligible introductory offer and renewal price before confirmation. An Android or web offer is not an App Store offer.

Payment is charged through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in Apple’s subscription settings before renewal. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple’s purchase sheet governs the transaction-specific offer. Any unused part of an eligible free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or use the app’s Manage Subscription action. Restore an eligible purchase with the same Apple account using Restore Purchases. Uninstalling the app, signing out or deleting an app account does not cancel a subscription. Apple administers store billing and refund requests, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including rights concerning description, quality, reasonable care and skill, cancellation and remedies. No blanket no-refund rule applies. A store process does not remove a right against the trader that cannot legally be excluded.

We provide necessary maintenance and support. Reasonable changes may be needed for security, legal compliance, compatibility or corrections. Material adverse changes to paid core features will be communicated where required, and mandatory remedies remain available. Educational limitations do not excuse a material misdescription or a failure to use reasonable care and skill.

This licence is between you and Stanislav Lynnyk, not Apple. We are responsible for the app, its content and support; Apple owes no maintenance or support.

The licence is non-transferable, for Apple-branded devices you own or control under Apple Media Services Usage Rules, including permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchase access. Applicable third-party service terms must be followed.

We bear app warranty obligations. For a warranty failure you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the app purchase price. To the lawful maximum, Apple has no further warranty obligation; related claims and losses remain our responsibility.

We handle product-liability, legal-conformity, consumer and privacy claims, and investigate, defend, settle and discharge third-party intellectual-property infringement claims about the app or its use.

You represent and warrant that you are not in a US-embargoed or US-designated terrorist-supporting country and are not a US-listed prohibited or restricted party.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries. Upon your acceptance, Apple has and is deemed to accept the right to enforce this licence. These terms must not conflict with Apple’s applicable Usage Rules.
