Session 2: Property Law and Practice; Solicitors Accounts in property; Criminal Liability; Criminal Law and Practice.

Questions remain mixed within each session. Ethics and Professional Conduct can appear throughout. See the SRA assessment specification and format announcement.

Build a revision routine you can use

Map your weaker subjects

List the topics where you hesitate. Allocate time to both FLKs and include ethics when reviewing each area.

Answer, then explain

Try questions before revealing the answer. Note whether the gap was in the rule, the procedure or your reading of the facts.

Practise a sustained session

Build concentration gradually. Review mistakes after a set and check the length and subject mix of any mock you choose.
