The SQE and SOLICITORS QUALIFYING EXAMINATION trade marks belong to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. References to SQE identify the assessment for which Vivat Lex provides independent preparation materials. Vivat Lex is not affiliated with, approved, endorsed or accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Current availability

Vivat Lex Web is not available worldwide. Paid access may be offered only in a country or territory that Stanislav Lynnyk, a sole trader trading as Vivat Lex has expressly enabled after completing the relevant payment, tax, consumer-law, privacy, sanctions, accessibility and support checks.

The launch offer is limited to customers whose residence and billing country are United Kingdom (GB). A purchase is available only when the website provides an enabled checkout for that offer. If checkout is unavailable, the website is not accepting new orders. No non-GB country or territory is enabled. A country being listed for SQE study or information does not itself enable a sale.

A card authorisation, payment-provider country list, visible link, official SQE assessment location or successful test transaction does not establish that a country is enabled.

Who may buy after a country is enabled

When paid access is enabled for a country or territory, the published eligibility rules for that market apply. They may require a prospective customer to:

  • Be aged 18 or over.
  • Buy as an individual consumer for their own study.
  • Habitually reside in the enabled country or territory.
  • Provide genuine billing and payment information supported by the approved payment process.
  • Pass proportionate payment, sanctions, fraud and country checks.
  • Provide complete and accurate order information.

The exact evidence and rule are stated for an enabled market before sale. Nationality, ethnicity, name and language are not used as proxies for residence or sanctions status. A person of any nationality who lawfully and habitually resides in an enabled market is assessed under the same evidence-based rules.

Assessment locations are separate

Vivat Lex is an independent preparation provider. It is not the SRA, Kaplan SQE or Pearson VUE. It does not:

  • Register a candidate for the SQE.
  • Book or reserve a test centre or assessment seat.
  • Decide official assessment or admission eligibility.
  • Arrange a visa or travel.
  • Guarantee a country, city, date, capacity, reasonable adjustment, score or pass.

Official SQE locations are managed separately and may change by sitting. A general Pearson VUE location does not necessarily offer the SQE. An assessment location does not establish that Vivat Lex may lawfully or operationally sell in that country.

Country and payment checks

If paid sale is enabled, we may compare information you supply with proportionate signals available through the approved payment and security process, including:

  • Declared habitual-residence country.
  • Billing country.
  • Payment-instrument issuing country or an equivalent provider signal.
  • Approximate network country, used only as a risk signal.

An IP address is not proof of residence or nationality. A mismatch may lead to correction, a request for limited additional evidence, human review or refusal to create a checkout session.

We do not ask for a passport, biometric record, immigration record or extensive identity evidence by default. Any review uses the minimum justified evidence and an appropriate lawful basis, security control and retention period.

Travel, VPNs and privacy tools

Use of a VPN, corporate network, mobile network, shared network or travel connection is not by itself wrongdoing and does not cause automatic rejection.

You must not use a false address, false payment information, proxy or another method to evade a genuine country, sanctions, tax, payment or security restriction. We do not provide instructions for circumventing local network controls or legal restrictions.

When you are travelling, genuine habitual-residence and billing information remains relevant. An intended assessment country does not replace the mandatory consumer law associated with habitual residence.

Price and currency

The Vivat Lex Web offer is:

  • One payment with a £399 GBP price in pounds sterling, including any provider-calculated transaction tax; Managed Payments shows the final payable amount and currency before payment.
  • Provider-calculated transaction tax, if any, is included in the £399 GBP amount. The hosted checkout shows the final amount, currency and tax breakdown before payment.
  • There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
  • Access continues through 28 February 2027 and ends exclusively at midnight at the end of 28 February 2027 (UK time).

A country is not enabled unless the Managed Payments, tax and local-currency treatment can be disclosed accurately before order. The hosted checkout shows the final amount and currency; Vivat Lex adds no subscription, renewal or separate Vivat Lex processing fee.

Managed Payments may present a local-currency amount using a provider exchange rate that includes a 2–4% currency-conversion fee. The customer's bank, card issuer or payment-method provider may separately charge its own fee; the hosted checkout shows the final amount and currency before payment.

Sanctions and legal restrictions

Country gating does not replace person or entity sanctions screening. Nationality alone is not a sanctions match.

Where a potential match or legal restriction arises, the transaction receives appropriate human review. We do not make an unsupported allegation to a customer or disclose detailed evasion-detection logic.

A refund, release of funds or continued supply may itself require legal analysis or a licence. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved to the extent performance of the remedy is lawful.

Mainland China and Hong Kong

The launch offer is limited to the United Kingdom (GB), and purchases are possible only while checkout is available. Every non-GB country and territory remains blocked, including Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and all British Overseas Territories. Sales elsewhere can begin only after Vivat Lex has approved and verified the service for that market.

An official assessment location or generic provider statement does not override the block. We do not instruct a person to use a VPN or another circumvention method to obtain the product.

A Hong Kong signal is not automatically treated as mainland China, and a mainland-China network signal does not automatically determine a genuine Hong Kong residence case without proportionate review.

Countries outside the approved register

Every country and territory is blocked for paid sale unless a current approved country-policy entry has the status enabled.

A blocked status does not necessarily mean that sale is unlawful. It means that Vivat Lex has not proved and approved the complete route.

A product identifier or description containing a word such as 'worldwide' is not legal or commercial authority and does not determine checkout availability.

Separate products

Vivat Lex Web, iOS and Android are separate products and contracts. Country availability, purchases, accounts, entitlements, progress and refunds do not transfer or synchronise across them.

A mobile store's availability in a country does not establish web availability. A web-country decision does not establish mobile-store eligibility.

Changes after purchase

A later provider, sanctions, tax, legal or country-policy change may require us to stop new sales.

For an existing accepted customer, we separately assess whether continued supply is lawful and technically possible. We use the least restrictive lawful action, give appropriate notice and provide the contractual or statutory remedy where supply must stop.

A change to an official SQE assessment city alone is not grounds to terminate a valid Vivat Lex contract. Vivat Lex sells study access, not an assessment seat.
